We provide Physiotherapy services
On your initial consults your physiotherapist will carry out a comprehensive evaluation of your concerns, goals, functional limitations and areas of pain. From here Laura will design an individualised treatment plan based on your needs and goals. At PREP we aim to keep you active throughout the rehab process as exercise is not just important for your physical wellbeing but also your mental health.
As your pain settles Laura will discuss your options, in terms of addressing the multiple underlying factors that may have contributed to your injury in the first instance. This can be done with a tailored made biomechanical assessment. At PREP we believe in getting you out of pain as quick as possible, but we also aim to provide program to keep you out of pain.
