What is manual lymphatic drainage?

What can MLD help with?

Does MLD hurt?
No. MLD uses very light, rhythmic movements and should feel comfortable and relaxing throughout.
How long is a session and how much does it cost?
An MLD session with Nicola is 90 minutes and costs €140.
Can I claim MLD on my health insurance?
Nicola is a member of the IMTA (recognised by Irish Life Health) and the ANMT (recognised by Laya Healthcare) for eligible massage therapy benefits.
